1.1. Information collected automatically when using the XPERIENCE Platform and our Payment Services.


When you use the XPERIENCE Platform and Payment Services, we automatically collect personal information. This information may include:


• Geolocation information. The location permissions will allow XPERIENCE to auto-complete the location within the service request, auto-complete the Professional's work area and measure the distance between the Sponsor and the User, being able to display requests according to the location

For Members in the United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may obtain, for example: criminal history reports, sex offender registries, and other information about you and your background. For Members outside of the United States, to the extent permitted by law and with your consent, where required, we may obtain the local version of a criminal background check or sex offender registry. We may use your information, including your full name and date of birth, to obtain these reports.


• Other sources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data or information to help detect fraud and security issues, from third-party service providers or partners and combine it with the information we have about you. For example, we may receive background check results or fraud warnings from identity verification service providers in our risk assessment processes. We may receive information about you and your activities on and off the XPERIENCE Platform or about your experiences and interactions with our partners. • allow the Access to the XPERIENCE Platform; do and receive payments,

• communicate with other Members,

In specific cases, automated processes, which analyze your account and activities on the XPERIENCE Platform, as well as information related to activities on and off the XPERIENCE Platform that may be associated with you, may restrict or suspend access to the XPERIENCE Platform if These processes detect activities that may pose a security or other risk to XPERIENCE, our community or third parties.

• When a booking request is made, when a dispute is submitted, certain information may be shared between Sponsors and Users, including profile, name, cancellation history, review information, the dispute resolution (where applicable) and any other information you choose to share and submit. When the reservation is confirmed, additional information is shared to help coordinate the service, such as a profile picture or phone number. When you have a confirmed reservation as a Sponsor, certain information is shared with the User to coordinate the reservation, such as your profile, your full name, your phone number and the address of your Listing.


We may display portions of your public profile and other Content you make publicly available, such as Listing details, on third party sites, platforms and applications.


Information you share publicly on the XPERIENCE Platform may be indexed by third-party search engines. In some cases, you can disable this feature in your Account settings.


1.2. Comply with the law, respond to legal requests, prevent harm, and protect our rights.


We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, government or public authorities, tax authorities or authorized third parties, to the extent required or permitted by law, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to : (i) comply with our legal obligations; (ii) comply with a valid legal request (such as a subpoena or court order) or respond to claims made against XPERIENCE; (iii) respond to a valid legal request related to a criminal investigation to address suspected illegal activity, or respond to any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other user to legal or regulatory liability (iv) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of XPERIENCE, its employees, Members, or members of the public. Where appropriate, we may notify Members of legal requests unless: (i) notification is prohibited by due process of law, court order received, or applicable law, or (ii) we believe that providing notification would be futile , ineffective, would cause a risk of injury or bodily harm to a person or group, would create or increase a risk of fraud or harm to XPERIENCE, the Members, or would expose XPERIENCE to a claim for obstruction of justice.


When required or permitted by law, in accordance with applicable legislation, we may disclose the information of the Sponsors and/or Users to the tax authorities so that they can determine if they adequately comply with the corresponding tax obligations. Applicable tax liabilities include XPERIENCE's tax liability on its service fees, withholding taxes, and Sponsors' individual tax liability.
